Halu.. Mengantuk yang amat je rasa sekarang ni. Asyik tidur je kerjanya. Hahaha.. Dah makin malas aku ni. Patut ah lemak bermaharaja lela dekat bontot, peha n perut.
Jumaat lepas aku ke Klinik, actually aku dah lewat sebenarnya, suppose aku kena pergi klinik awal bulan 7 hari tu, untuk ambil ujian darah terkini, tapi dek kerana masa tu sibuk nak ke Bandung, then balik dari bandung, dah start nak puasa, then raya, then sebok kerja, sudahnya bari minggu lepaslah teringat nak perginya.
Aku dah agak dah, memang akan kena marah, tapi serius aku tak jangka yang aku akan kena marah teruk dengan doktor. Doktor yang check aku sebelum ni, sangatlah aku suka sebab dia seorang yang friendly telah transform jadi gorila. Hahahahaha padan muka aku la kan. Dah la lambat check up, pastu ubat pulak tak makan.
Dia marah sebab aku tak makan ubat thyroid, dia marah sebab aku termissed check up yang sepatutnya, suppose sekarang ni aku dah kena buat 2nd ultrasound. Dia marah sebab dia kata aku tak paham agaknya apa sebenarnya sakit aku ni. Dia marah sebab aku tak ikut cakap dia. Arghhh... tensi.. tensi.. Tak pasal² jadi burung belatuk, diam angguk diam angguk. Yelah dah salahkan. nak cakap apa lagi kan. Angguk² je la.
Sempat pula tu aku bohong bila dia tanya, kenapa aku tak makan ubat. Aku cakap sebab dah abis. Padahal ada je lagi. Pastu kena bebel lagi apesal tak datang ambil ubat kalau dah abis. Ya Allah, bertalu² soalan sampai aku rasa stress yang amat. Aku ni tak suka kena marah beria². Aku tahu salah aku then aku cuma nak orang yang marah aku tu diam dan bagitahu aku apa next step yang aku kena buat untuk betulkan keadaan. That's it!!
So, tadi pagi aku ke klinik lagi. Kali ini untuk ambil result ujian darah aku tu. dan hasilnya memang sangat mengecewakan. Allah pon tak nak tolong aku, uhuk uhuk uhuk, walaupon lepas ujian darah hari tu aku tak putus doa moga² ada mircales happen. Biarlah hasil ujian tu menunjukkan yang keadaan thyroid aku normal.
Tapi tidakkk, nehi.. aku keciwa. Sini aku sharekan result aku dari mula aku di diagnosiskan Hyperthyroid.
Start 27/02/2012 aku di diagnosi kan seorang hyperthyroid, lepas ujian darah result menunjukkan, Horm0n T4 aku lebih dari range yang sepatutnya (11.50-22.70) iaitu 32.57. Then doktor suruh aku makan ubat carbimazole, mula² sehari 2biji, lepas sebulan aku datang untuk ambil ujian lagi, then hasilnya hormon aku turun ke 16.02. Then aku buat ultrasound, alhamdulillah tak ada bengkak besar di leher, cuma ada bengkak² kecik yang banyak je dileher aku. Doktor suruh makan ubat lagi. Up sikit kali ni 3biji sehari. 4bulan kemudian aku kena jumpa doktor balik.
Tapi tu la, belum sempat 4bulan aku dah buat perangai malas dah, Mula la lupa makan ubat kemudian lelama terus tak makan. ngee. Now, hormon T4 aku naik dari 16.02 ke 24.28. huhuhu.. makanya aku dikehendaki makan 4biji carbimazole sehari selama sebulan, then nanti ambil darah sekali lagi before buat ultrasound. huh!

Many over-the-counter diet pills can cause thyroid imbalance as well.

Nutritional supplements to support your thyroid include B complex (50mg daily with a meal), vitamin E (200mg daily with a meal), vitamin C with bioflavonoids (500mg 2-3 x daily) and zinc picolinate (25mg daily with a meal, for two to three months only). Also consider a strong anti-oxidant such as co-enzyme Q10 (60mg daily for two to three months) to boost your immune system.
There are a number of herbal supplements which work extremely well to balance an overactive thyroid (when used in conjunction with diet improvements), but they should be prescribed by a holistic doctor such as a naturopath or homeopath.
Regular exercise such as a daily, brisk walk will also help balance your thyroid. Early morning sunlight is also very therapeutic.
